As a service provider of telemedia services, we are responsible for our own content according to § 7 Abs.1 TMG due to common legislative rules.However, as per §§ 8 to 10 TMG, as a service provider, we are not obliged to monitor third party information that is transmitted or stored, or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity. Responsibility for the removal or blocking of the use of information under the general legal provisions remains unaffected by this. Any liability in this respect is, however, only incurred from the moment that knowledge of the specific infringement is acquired. Upon obtaining notice of any such violations of the law, we will immediately remove the offending contents.
We accept no responsibility for the contents of third-party websites that are connected to our website via hyperlink or similar mode of connection, since we have no influence on the contents of these websites. The responsibility for the contents of the linked sites lies with the provider or operator. The linked sites were checked for legal infringements at the time of setting up the links. No unlawful content was detected at the time at which the links were established. It is not feasible, however, to permanently monitor the linked pages without concrete evidence of a rights violation. Should we become aware of any rights violations, we will remove these links immediately.

We respect the owner rights for intellectual property of third parties for those contents on our web pages that we have not created ourselves. In particular, content and contributions of third parties are designated as such. Should you nonetheless become aware of a breach of copyright of intellectual property, please notify us of this. Upon notification of such violations, we will take immediate action to remove such content.
We explicitly reserve the right to change, extend or delete our web pages without individual notice, or to remove the publication temporarily or permanently or change its URL.

All the disputes arisen in connection with the use of our telemedia services shall be subject to German law (excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG)); the same applies if the services are offered or provided businesslike in another country within the European Union or the European Economic Area, unless the rules of private international law demand something else.
